1. Booking Process:


- All bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our office.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.


2. Payment:


- Full payment is required at least 30 days before the departure date for all tours and travel packages.
- Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash. We do not accept personal checks.


3. Cancellation and Refund:


- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the departure date are non-refundable.
- No-shows or early departures from a tour are non-refundable.


4. Changes and Modifications:

- Changes to travel dates, itineraries, or accommodations may be subject to additional fees.
- Nazer Travel and Tour reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour or travel package due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative options or a full refund.


5. Travel Insurance:

- We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.


6. Passport and Visa Requirements:

- It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have a valid passport and any necessary visas for their chosen destination.


7. Health and Safety:

- IDD TRavel and Tour is committed to the health and safety of our customers. We will provide information on any required vaccinations or health precautions for your chosen destination. By making a reservation with IDD Travel and Tour, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this booking policy.
